Blanton Design & Staging

Originally from Fort Worth, Susannah and Baird Blanton moved to Los Angeles in 1991 to pursue careers in the film industry. After completing a major remodeling project on their personal home in Beverly Hills in 2000, Susannah and Baird returned to their Texas roots in 2005 and began flipping houses in Austin. The financial crisis of 2008 created a need for an edge in selling properties, which lead to the Blantons staging their own projects with some rented furniture combined with a few key pieces they purchased. Their eye for original artwork and collected interiors that give the home a sense of history created a distinct style that stood out from other projects being staged at the time. Word of mouth about their unique style and fresh approach to design resulted in what Susannah now helms as Blanton Design & Staging.
